Young at Heart Circuits

Suitable for most levels of fitness and cost only £4.00 per session

Young at Heart are fun circuit-style fitness classes run by qualified exercise professionals using a range of equipment and exercises.  Classes are perfect for those wanting to keep active, stay healthy and, importantly, keep feeling young!

Circuits are suitable for most levels of fitness, including many who have an established cardiac condition and whose GP has agreed exercise is safe and/or those that have completed a Cardiac Rehabilitation programme run at the hospital or in the community.

When do they take place?

The fitness circuits are run frequently during the week and people are free to choose which they wish to attend each week.  However, for those that are new and wish to attend we would encourage you to first make contact with us by phone or email.

Mondays – 11:00am-12:00pm (one circuit session)

Tuesdays – 11:00am-12:00pm  &  12:00pm-1:00pm (two circuit sessions)

Fridays – 11:00am-12:00pm  &  12:00pm-1:00pm (two circuit sessions)

Where are they?

Young at Heart circuits are run at the University of Brighton’s Sport Brighton gym in Eastbourne; a great facility with everything you need onsite, such as changing rooms, showers, toilets and even a great canteen, perfect for a post work-out cuppa!
