StrideFit Wellbeing

Helping the people of Brighton, Hove and Eastbourne get fit, stay healthy and feel good

About

Rob Jones StrideFIt WellbeingHi, I’m Rob Jones and I created StrideFit Wellbeing to help people of all abilities to get  fit and stay healthy.

How do you do all that you ask?  Well StrideFit have the skill, experience and sports science know-how to provide fitness and exercise training sessions that support your fitness needs, whether that be planning and running  personal training programmes, cardiovascular fitness sessions, running fitness sessions or all three!

My experience

Using my own personal experiences of training (for countless distance races) and working as a qualified fitness instructor and advanced trainer, I make sure that the fitness programmes and sessions are always pitched to the correct level for each person and made accessible for all.

This wealth of  first hand fitness training experience  is backed by a solid scientific understanding of exercise and health gained through my Undergraduate Degree in Biological Sciences and my Postgraduate Diploma in Exercise and Health.

Continuing to learn

I also know the importance of staying up to speed with all things academic, so I’m working towards completing a Masters in Exercise and Health and a Level 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Professional qualification.

As well as working as a Personal Trainer and Exercise Instructor I’ve also been working for  two years now as a Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Consultant at the University of Brighton’s Phase IV Cardiac Rehab programme.
